You’re invited to promqueen’s second annual PROM, a celebration of promqueen’s sophomore album and a magical experience!

For one night, Austin Cinemaker Space will turn into PQ high for the second time. However, some things may appear different to reflect the mysterious storybook forest of promqueen’s second chapter. Come whimsical, fancy and ready to explore the upside down of szn two.

  • why not? if you’ve had a good prom experience, you’ll have an even better one. if you’ve had a bad prom experience, you’ve got a second chance. if you’ve never had a prom, you should be buying a ticket right now!

  • You know it! They will be spinning nostalgic and current songs for you on the dance floor.

  • We recommend attendees arrive having already eaten. Maybe relive those Olive Garden prom dinner days?

  • Yes. At PQ high’s cafeteria, we have the best themed cocktail specials awaiting you!

  • At PQ high’s prom, you are encouraged to express yourself! Go big, bold and colorful - mix match styles up. Defy traditional promfits. It’s your chance to be exactly who you are right now! If you need more inspiration, check out our style guide HERE.

  • There will be a small coat/items drop off area to hold your items. Just hold on to your ticket and remember to pick up your items! We are not responsible for items left after the event ends.

ticket FAQS

  • Yes. You will receive a wristband and have access to return to PQ High!

  • Ticket and IDs at the door and your best prom spirit.

  • Your ticket gets you entry into the PQ High’s prom, access to open bar drinks, photo booth, installations, live music performances by promqueen and francene rouelle, and exclusive artist merchandise (for purchase).

  • Pre-sale begins May 10, 2024 and ends May 31, 2024. Ticket availability permitting, general-sale tickets will be sold after pre-sale and at the door on the day of the event.

  • Yes! Due to venue capacity, there are a limited number of tickets available. So get yours soon!

  • You can park in the Austin School of Film lot (limited parking) or in the surrounding neighborhood streets (Tillery St, Encino Cir, Denver Ave, Palo Pinto Dr, Pershing Dr, Greenwood Ave). We recommend you carpool, use ride sharing services and plan ahead for parking.

  • Though we love your four-legged friends, we ask that you please leave them at home.
